new location for mailing list

Hi,

Due to the recent problems with spam, I decided to move this list. It's
now gratuiosly hosted on vger at fio_at_vger.kernel.org

Subscribers are NOT moved, so you need to subscribe to the new list
by sending an email to majordomo_at_vger.kernel.org with

subscribe fio

in the body of the email.

Sorry for the trouble, but this also means that I don't have to manage
the list myself (which is nice).
